We are actively searching for an Accounting Specialist to join our team located in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. This role will primarily involve managing invoices, initiating payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities
• Accurately match invoices to purchase orders
• Enter invoices into the Sage accounting system
• Initiate payments through check, ACH, or wire transfer
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports
• Transfer AR information to the Service Titan system
• Apply cash payments to outstanding invoices
• Handle occasional collections tasks in a business-to-business context
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular auditing
• Manage billing functions and resolve any discrepancies.

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning specifically Sage Intaact is preferred
• Proficiency in general Accounting Functions is expected
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Experience handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must
• Auditing skills are highly desirable
• Proficiency in Billing Functions is necessary
