LHH seeks a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our client’s team. The candidate will handle data entry, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Highly organized individuals with proficiency in numbers and an eye for detail are ideal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Organize financial documents and files.
- Prepare invoices and process payments promptly.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Address inquiries regarding financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- Experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Handle confidential information responsibly.
