Accounting Admin responsible for coordinating 3D exterior renderings outsourced to third-party vendors for use in marketing collateral throughout the company.

Pay Rate Range: $18.00 per hour.

Your specific duties will include:
- Log into our utility accounts and download the PDF invoice.
- Save the invoice in a folder. Once they have downloaded the invoice they will log the invoice in an Excel file.
- After all the utilities for that division have been downloaded they will send an email with the attached invoices to the email address provided.
- Download utility invoices from the utility company website. Logging into an Excel file and making sure the lots are open or closed.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- MS Excel Skills.
- PDF - Able to save, edit add text to a file, and the ability to email the file in MS Office.
- Also able to use document split in the PDF file or combine the file in PDF.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
