We are seeking an Accounting/Finance Manager in Torrance, California, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, overseeing financial services, and utilizing various accounting software systems for efficient operations. Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial operations
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and management
• Implement and manage BlackLine software to automate and control financial close operations
• Use Concur for travel and expense management
• Leverage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management
• Conduct regular auditing to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
• Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Manage and report on annual revenue for the organization
• Implement and manage financial strategies and plans.• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with BlackLine and Concur software
• In-depth understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Comprehensive knowledge of various accounting functions
• Proven experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in auditing and billing functions
• Ability to manage and report on annual revenue
