Position: Accounting Assistant

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with some overtime

Pay Scale: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

What you will be doing:

• Daily entry of accounts payable & credit card transactions
• Maintain open purchase orders and verify accuracy
• Daily export of data from Service Titan® to QuickBooks®
• Data entry for payroll
• Vendor statements
• Monthly reconciliation and reporting
• Adherence to accounting policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 4 + years of progressive accounting experience
• QuickBooks® experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Advanced computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office®
• The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy
• Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
• Associate's degree in accounting or business desired
