The Opportunity

Reporting into our US based Operations Accountant, you will join and support our global Finance team with key finance and administrative responsibilities, within our US subsidiary.

This role is ideal for someone with foundation accounting skills and experience, who is seeking a role within an established, yet agile, Finance Department in a scaling Tech company.

If you were to join us as our Accounting Associate, you can expect to:

  • Accounting:
    • Manage employee expenses process on our internal platform
    • Prepare payroll journals to be uploaded to our accounting system
    • Process suppliers’ invoices and set up payments
  • General Office Administration:
    • Elements of general office administration requiring presence in office up to five days per week depending on operational needs, with flexibility as needed
    • Assist with general office management and maintenance, including the preparation of regional company events
    • Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, coordinating with Head Office on IT requirements
  • Ad hoc duties dependent on business needs and seasonal context

  • Solutions focused mindset, with a positive and proactive approach
  • Skilled in efficient time management, with a meticulous attitude towards tasks
  • Basic Excel skills, e.g. data entry, basic formulae
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping practices
  • Experience of working within a Finance team, ideally within a smaller or agile company
  • Strong communication skills
  • A desire to develop your skills and abilities
  • Due to the nature of this role, you must be able and willing to commute to our Irving, TX office.


Nice to haves:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
  • Experience using SAP
  • Experience using Rydoo
