Job Title: Director of Accounting
Location: Irving, Texas (Hybrid work-type)
Compensation: Up to $200K base + bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize regional accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, inventory, and month-end close processes.
- Implement automated, GAAP-compliant financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy and scalability.
- Integrate acquisitions into financial systems while maintaining seamless operations.
- Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate on strategic projects, including forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing, decentralized accounting team to foster collaboration and growth.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a mix of public and private roles preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Active CPA designation with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP standards.
- Proven ability to manage teams across multiple locations and drive results.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Sage Intacct, is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for stakeholders.
