Job Description
Robert Half Finance & Accounting is working with a respected construction client seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join their team. This is a permanent role, joining an established team, reporting into a great CFO. Our client is looking for someone who can handle all of the accounts payable, while also supporting billing and payroll functions.
The desired candidate should be able to process up to 200 invoices per week. Strong system skills are needed and a high level of attention to detail. Prior experience with AIA billing specifically would be an added bonus.
For the right candidate our client is looking to pay a starting base salary "around" $70,000. The benefits are highly competitive too.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.• Must have experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
• Familiarity with Check Runs is necessary.
• Ability to handle Coding Invoices effectively.
• Experience in Invoice Processing is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Knowledge of AIA Billing is a plus.
• Payroll experience is beneficial.
