Job Description
  • Reviews balance sheet reconciliations and approves adjusting entries as required, performs analytics to identify transactions and trends that require in-depth review or management’s attention.
  • Performs month and year-end closing duties and completes monthly balance sheet and account reconciliations, including the review of month-end close journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations prepared by staff accountants.
  • Works closely with stakeholders, corporate functions, and vendors to continuously improve Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processing to increase efficiency and accuracy, which includes automation project initiatives, testing new functionality and supporting system upgrades.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and support both Internal and External audits.
  • Coordinates and effectively communicates with various teams throughout the company and all levels of management regarding accounting results.
  • Partners with functional teams to understand operational changes and subsequent impact on financial results.
  • Promotes a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, committed to quality, communication, and eagerness to collaborate.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is required. MS in Accounting is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum six years of Accounting and/or Finance experience.
  • Licensed CPA or qualified candidate.
  • Experience with financial closes, including review, reconciliation and preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP reporting standards.
