Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable
• Prepare customer invoicing
• Apply customer payments
• Reconcile accounts
• Collect and organize employee time punches for payroll
• Keep accurate records
• Perform other office tasks as requested

• Previous experience in billing, payable, or other related fields
• Experience in data entry
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
