The Accounting Clerk International Shipping will be responsible for managing Kenda USA’s envelope system used for tracking international shipments from the vendor, processing payment of shipping charges, and for tracking of the sales invoices to customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review and maintain international shipping documents in envelope and electronic format
• Review ocean freight invoices for accuracy and route to Accounts Payable for payment
• Print, track, and file ISFs 10 + 2 US Customs entries for international shipping
• Calculate landed costs for each container and apply these costs when processing receipt of goods
• Process receipt of goods in Sage 100 upon notice of delivery
• Process sales invoices to customers for containers delivered from Kenda factories
• Scan and file completed envelopes when loads are complete
• Process credit memos to customers
• Research and audit support related to all envelope transactions
• Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
• Knowledge of sales, international shipping, and invoicing
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to utilize ERP system Sage 100
• Accurate data entry and data verification skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Associates degree in related field is required
• Previous shipping experience is highly preferred
Working Condition and Physical Requirements:
• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office environment
• Physical demands of the position are sitting, walking, and constant viewing of the computer screen
• No or very limited exposure to physical risk
