What You'll Do:

• Be the Backbone of Operations: Manage HUD project files, from contracts to legal documents, ensuring smooth operations.
• Crunch Numbers with Impact: Handle accounts payable/receivable, rental collections, HUD billings, and year-end financial prep.
• Prepare for Success: Assist in audits, compile vital reports, and ensure compliance with HUD requirements.
• Problem-Solve Like a Pro: Reconcile ledgers, track inventory, and keep our financial systems running seamlessly.
• Collaborate to Create Solutions: Work closely with the Housing Division Manager to adapt and innovate.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least three years of accounting experience. Bonus if you’ve worked with QuickBooks or OneSite!
• Skills That Shine: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for teamwork.
