Who we needWe're building great fintech brands from the ground up to raise the standard of living for all Canadians ‒ and that's where you come in.
We need a loyal, trustworthy, reliable, organized, and mature Senior Executive Assistant to be part of our growing portfolio of companies.
- You'll work directly with the Founders & Co-CEOs to assist and support all aspects of their daily business and personal routines.
- You'll manage the CEOs' emails and calendars, including scheduling business meetings, personal appointments, engagements, and travel arrangements. At all times, you'll exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
- You'll serve as a liaison between the CEOs, staff, and third-party contractors ‒ which includes receiving and screening the CEOs emails, drafting responses and answering a variety of questions with diplomacy, and directing messages appropriately for resolution.
- You'll determine priority of matters of attention for the CEOs ‒ and whenever applicable: redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
- You'll keep the CEOs advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up action steps are taken care of.
- You'll handle various personal and administrative tasks including: errands, appointments, package and mail pick-ups, sourcing contractors, reservations, filing, and more.
- You'll maintain confidential and sensitive information and you're a vault when it comes to confidentiality and separating personal from work matters.
- You'll attend important meetings on our behalf, take notes on discussions, and prepare minutes and summaries.
- You'll create and maintain business files, records, and processes using our work management software and Google Suite.
- You'll do light accounting prep and bookkeeping management when needed.

- You live in the Greater Moncton Area and are legally eligible to work in Canada.
- You have at least 10 years experience as a personal or executive assistant and have supported leaders of fast-paced start-ups or professional services.
- "Organized" is your middle name ‒ you get things sorted, completed, and delivered on-time (or earlier).
- You're a self-starter, reliable, trustworthy ‒ you care about your executives, their mission, and doing your work well.
- You're a vault ‒ a role model for exercising high discretion, separating personal from work matters, and managing confidentiality.
- Numbers don't scare you and you're willing to dig into math, spreadsheets, and finances.
- You're a confident driver who owns a car that you're willing to use for work purposes.
- You have proven skills using G Suite, Office, and other cloud software.
- You're comfortable with technology and can learn and adapt quickly.
- You have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
