House of Sillage, a world-renowned luxury fragrance and beauty brand, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This position requires someone with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will manage executive-level tasks, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel. Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communication, including screening phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings by developing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups on action items. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, while anticipating and addressing potential challenges. Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, VIP client meetings, and brand-related functions. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity, ensuring all company and personal matters remain confidential. Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships. Brand Representation: Serve as an ambassador for the House of Sillage brand, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all meetings and events. Project Management: Assist with special projects as required by the CEO, including conducting research and preparing reports or presentations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a luxury or high-end brand environment.
