Job Title: Executive Assistant Location-Type: Onsite in Orlando, FL Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: 3 month contract-to-hire Compensation Range: $32-35/hr W2 Role Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support an SVP in a high-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a professional, detail-oriented individual with 5 years of experience supporting senior leadership. The successful candidate will manage a variety of tasks, including coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, handling travel arrangements, preparing materials, managing expenses, and building relationships with key stakeholders. This is a contract-to-hire position, with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage the SVP's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones Prepare meeting agendas and materials, ensuring the SVP is fully briefed in advance Handle travel arrangements and accommodations as needed Process expense reports and track budgets Act as a point of contact between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders Build relationships with other senior leaders and their assistants to ensure smooth operations Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, file management, and office coordination Adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment Must-Haves: 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines Professional demeanor and ability to interact with high-level executives High level of discretion and confidentiality Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
