RemX is seeking an Executive Assistant to join an innovative team in San Francisco, CA! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and modify reports, memos, letters as needed.
  • Work closely and effectively with the executives and department managers, performing various administrative duties upon request, and other special projects.
  • Will place order for office equipment as needed
  • Work closely with Finance Manager and Accountant
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments/conference calls

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, s
  • Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service.
  • Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Must have access to printer
