Vaco LA is working with a client in the Entertainment who is looking for a qualified Admin Assistant to help support different departments in all calendar managment, answering phone calls, and any other admin support. This opportunity is located in Century City and will be fully in the office. This opportunity is temp, possible temp to hire and is looking to pay between $25-$26/hr. Job Specifications: 

  • Heavy calendaring and schedule managment for busy executives 
  • Routing and answering any incoming calls 
  • Receiving and directing visitors 
  • Providing any admin duties needed for team
  • Over 2 years of Executive Admin Support required for role 
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Experience coming from Entertainment field required 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, presentable, and professional demeanor required for role
