Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour

Company Description
Seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for the Engineering organization, supporting a range of administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma with a minimum of 8 years of related administrative experience or an Associate Degree with 4 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures for handling confidential information.
Preferred Skills:
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent grammar skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and respond to unexpected situations.
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting using the company travel system.
- Provide telephone support, mail distribution, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Assist with organization-wide communications and report preparation.
- Distribute paperwork and handle document copying and filing.
- Ensure adherence to company policies for managing confidential information.
- Occasionally work extended hours, with flexibility for urgent tasks.
