Job Brief:
Job Brief:The Executive Administrator (EA) will work closely to support the VP of Client Strategy. EA will assist in organizational support; internal and external communication(s) both written and verbal and will provide orchestration of assigned duties for the overall success of DP Solutions. The EA is crucial in ensuring the VP of Client Strategy can focus on strategic initiatives and the leading of the Client Strategy team.
Job Brief:
The EA will be a direct report to the Marketing Manager, so the EA has the guidance and experience of the Marketing Manager as it relates to the overall strategy of new business and client strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support inclusive of managing the VP’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating multiple types of meetings both internal and external to DPS.
Assist as the primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries.
Assist with the coordination of presentations and identification of action items for meetings.
Assist in the management and effective use of ConnectWise, inclusive of:
Opportunities & activities.
Points of contact.
Ongoing maintenance to ensure up to date and accurate information.
“If it is not in ConnectWise, it does not exist” mentality.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP (response for proposals), statements of work and agreements for Client Strategy Advisors (CSA’s) and New Sales teams, as well as assistance with quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and other presentations.
Assist in the tracking and accountability of new business and client strategy objectives.
Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the VP and Marketing Manager, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a sales or corporate environment.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
