Overview
We are seeking for a driven individual that is eager to work. Detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations as well as having a construction background.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Permitting process with county officials.
- Assist with basic financial tasks
- Manage appointments and schedules using Google Calendar
- Provide executive administrative support to senior staff
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Support office management by organizing files and supplies
- Run errands
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Construction background is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial tasks is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Construction permitting background is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
Benefits: Paid time off
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
