We are looking for a top-notch Real Estate Executive Assistant & Trainer to help implement systems, models, support, and accountability.
The Real Estate Executive Assistant & Trainer is a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This PC is driven, yet compassionate. The PC exhibits a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals and the PC takes great satisfaction when seeing others achieve. The Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader as part of the Market Center's leadership team.
Real Estate Executive Assistant & Trainer track results and are ready to celebrate successes or implement plans to get agents to the point of success. They must be highly skilled in holding others accountable, and should have a rich knowledge base of what to hold others accountable to.
Compensation:$70,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities:This role is not just about mentoring or assisting with contracts; it's about coaching and consulting. As a High-Level Executive Assistant & Trainer, your responsibilities include:
- Holding new agents in the program accountable in an empathetic manner
- Continuously improving your coaching and leadership skills to effectively influence others
- Becoming adept at asking questions that motivate agents to take action rather than simply telling them what to do
Training New Agents
- Hire new agents
- Onboard new agents
- Continual training of new agents
- Accountability of new agents
- Firing new agents
- 3+ years of experience in real estate office operations
- Proven training experience in a real estate setting
