About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the house, including development and fundraising to support a $1.9 million budget. This role requires a proven leader with a minimum of 7-10 years' senior management experience, particularly in the non-profit sector, and a strong background in major gift fundraising. The Executive Director will work in partnership with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Trustees to oversee house operations, ensure the delivery of family-centered programs, and manage a dedicated staff and volunteer team. Additionally, the role involves board development, community engagement, and strategic planning to align with the organization's mission and values. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a track record of success in philanthropic program design and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strategic and hands-on approach to donor cultivation, be proficient in managing CRM platforms, and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. They must be a collaborative leader, adept at fostering a culture of collaboration, and be committed to the mission and work of the organization. The role also requires proficiency in financial and administrative management, and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
