The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of preventing suicide and promoting mental health among young adults. The successful candidate will be responsible for fund development, staff oversight, operations, and the implementation of the organization's mission. This role requires a seasoned fundraiser with a proven track record, who can also provide strategic leadership for organizational development, and ensure financial sustainability. The Executive Director will be the primary spokesperson, building and nurturing critical relationships with donors, funders, and partner organizations. They will work with the Board of Directors to develop and oversee a compelling vision and strategy, and drive operational and programmatic excellence. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have at least five years' experience in a senior or executive leadership role within a nonprofit or related field, and a deep personal connection to the mission of the organization.
