The successful candidate will be a compassionate and strategic leader with a strong background in nonprofit management, particularly in the areas of operations, programming, and team development. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include overseeing all organizational operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the fulfillment of the organization's mission through impactful programming and financial oversight.
