About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director with a background in hospice care to lead and supervise all aspects of patient care, professional staff and allied health personnel activities, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality assurance improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the agency meets all relevant regulations, laws, and policies, particularly those related to hospice and Medicare/Medicaid. This role involves direct oversight of the agency's daily operations, including care management processes, and requires a hands-on approach to patient care, financial management, and participation in QAPI planning and processes. Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a relevant license as a physician, registered nurse, social worker, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field, and at least 1 year of full-time experience in a hospice, home health, or other healthcare delivery system setting. A current CPR certification, driver's license, and vehicle insurance are also required. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of healthcare leadership experience and be adept at creating and implementing strategies that ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care. The role demands a leader who is flexible, engaged, and committed to the development of their team, with a focus on driving best-in-class care for patients and families.
