This CDL A truck driver job offers a regional route, ensuring weekly home time, primarily traveling Texas and the Midwest, with occasional runs to the Northeast or Southeast as needed. Anticipate covering between 2,500 and 3,000 miles per week, transporting freight in an International LT equipped with APU and Inverter, all of which is 100% no-touch. Experienced drivers can expect to earn $1,500 to $1,800 per week. Candidates for this regional run should possess a minimum of 6 months of experience.

Pay: $1,500 to $1,800 per week for experienced drivers

Annual Pay: $78,000 to $93,600

Pay and Home Time: Enjoy weekly home time for quality family moments. Operating regionally, you'll spend 5-7 nights per week on the road before returning home for your weekly reset. Direct deposit ensures timely payment, with average earnings ranging from $1,500 to $1,800 per week.

Duties: As a Class A CDL A Truck Driver, your responsibilities include hauling general freight across Texas, the Midwest, with occasional trips to the Northeast and Southeast. No specific endorsements are required. Expect 100% no-touch freight, with approximately 50-60% being drop and hook. Mileage typically ranges from 2,500 to 3,200 miles per week, compensated for all loaded or empty miles. Trucks must be parked at the local terminal during home time.

Equipment Details: Drive International trucks featuring automatic transmissions, all equipped with APU's. Our Elog system, Platform Science, operates seamlessly. Trucks undergo regular maintenance, boasting aerodynamic features and bobtail skirts to maximize fuel efficiency. In the event of breakdowns, our contract with Penske ensures continuous freight movement to your next destination.

Orientation: Upon joining as a CDL A truck driver, we arrange travel to orientation via flight or bus (depending on distance), inclusive of accommodation and meals. Orientation typically spans Monday through Wednesday.

Application Procedure: Commencing with a phone interview to assess eligibility, you'll then proceed to complete necessary paperwork with the hiring manager. Once officially offered the position, we'll schedule your visit to our home office to finalize the onboarding process.
