Position Summary:
Master Maintenance Technicians maintain and repair equipment associated with the operations of Super Star Car Wash Locations. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.

Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities:

- Maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems
- Install Team Experence
- Certified Welder
- Performing maintenance of electrical systems
- Repairing and maintaining plumbing systems
- Assisting in the setup of production and manufacturing machines and other systems
- Survey and repair all mechanical equipment in our locations to ensure they are working properly and consistent with health and safety standards
- Perform maintenance of equipment and buildings in our facilities
- Assist in the setup of systems/equipment and conduct repairs when necessary
- Perform manual repairs when necessary
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years car wash experience in relatable field
- 18 years of age or older with proof to work legally in the U.S.
- 3-5 years of related experience working
- Agree to background and drug screen required for this position
- 2 professional references of past supervisors that Super Star Car Wash may contact directly
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work site daily
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be available all days of the week and be able to arrive early or stay last as business dictates
- Must have your own hand and power tools to include but not limited to drills, saws, grinders, and impact drives
- MVR 3 years
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Carwash College
- Proven experience as maintenance mechanic
- High level understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
- Able to bend, squat, push, pull, and able to lift 50 pounds
Requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages and utilize reason to resolve complex problems. Requires keyboarding, hearing and talking, frequent standing and walking, and frequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on uneven surfaces, squeezing and crouching. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds.
