This is how you will grow:

Responsible for the successful project management and project processing for Smart Factory implementation/realization.

  • Independent management of Smart Factory projects
  • Management and implementation of projects from feasibility to realization / acceptance by customers
  • Project execution in accordance with costs, timing & quality expectations
  • Negotiation of an contract amendments with client
  • Management of project staff to achieve the defined internal project goals
  • Coordination and support of internal specialist departments, subcontractors, customers, assembly and installation supervision and commissioning as well as the associated reporting and documentation
  • Calculation, sales and qualification of employees for the further development of the team
Requirements:

This is how you will take us forward:

  • Bachelor's Degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, business or related field
  • Strong knowledge in the field of Smart Factory, planning and commissioning of automation systems, optimization of value-added systems, factory planning, production supply, planning of manufacturing and assembly areas
  • Smart factory experience preferred
  • Experience with the transformation of manufacturing plants and structures
  • Knowledge of the interrelationships, influencing factors and success criteria on the cost and performance targets
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills and a developed team focus with the goal of solving complex customer challenges
  • Confident communicating and presenting to the customer's employees at all organizational levels
