We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Munis Business Systems Analyst in Richmond, Virginia. As a team member in the government industry, your role will be pivotal in optimizing and automating systems, assessing productivity standards, and working with end users for testing and reporting.


This Munis Business Systems Analyst opportunity offers a hybrid or remote work schedule depending on location.


Responsibilities:


• Spearhead the optimization of MUNIS and transition to its latest version.

• Implement new technologies like RVA Pay for self-service automation.

• Collaborate with end users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) along with developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Carry out the analysis and retrieval of data to improve system processes.

• Generate and provide comprehensive reports as per the requirements.

• Assess and modify productivity standards to enhance operational efficiency.

• Leverage advanced Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

• Engage in the optimization of business systems and processes.

• Utilize your expertise in Tyler Munis for database optimization.

• Proficiency in business systems and understanding their role in achieving organizational goals.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents.

• Familiarity with Tyler Munis software.

• Knowledge and experience in database optimization.

• Ability to develop and implement optimization strategies for system efficiency.

• Experience in system automation and understanding its benefits in improving business processes.

• Ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and user satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, and its application in data analysis and reporting.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced functions.
