What You'll Bring

• Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst, with in-depth ERP knowledge in a manufacturing or distribution setting (3+ years)
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Attitude: Flexible, energetic, and positive disposition, adaptable to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
• Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in business process improvement and project management

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP Systems: Familiarity with Infor M3, Hexagon EAM, Infor Optiva
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

What You'll Do

• Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between IT and other business groups to understand needs and translate them into actionable solutions
• Requirements Analysis: Define business needs and requirements, especially as they pertain to information systems
• Process Improvement: Work with business users and IT to enhance and document business processes
• System Support and Training: Provide user training, documentation, and general support for systems and software
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Design and implement test plans to ensure optimal system performance
