Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support project implementations or be a key member of a product team. This role involves working with various technologies, with a future focus on Microsoft Dynamics CE. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated individual with exceptional communication, organizational, and technical skills to support implementation efforts and enhance processes that aid our Dealer and Sales functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain relationships with corporate stakeholders, understanding user stories, business processes, non-functional requirements, system capabilities, customization, integration, process design, and system implementations.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and clarification sessions with the technical team, utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure successful project/product team go-lives.
  • Work closely with internal staff to implement functions and features for SET, including workflows, data imports and exports, automation, and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business needs and priorities by building strong relationships with business owners.
  • Coordinate efforts between the technical team and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to all IT standards, processes, and methodologies, including Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Act as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity.
  • Serve as Scrum Master when needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on projects or product teams, primarily focusing on agile methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with supply chain and/or logistics expertise.
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
  • Scrum Master Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a rapid understanding of systems and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business analysis and/or system development/configuration related to process improvement.
  • Familiarity with software and systems development life cycles.
  • Capability to perform both Business Analysis and Data Analysis as required on projects and product teams.
  • Strong research skills on platforms, including navigating systems/solutions and querying data from both relational and no-SQL databases.
  • Advanced Citizen IT skills with the use of Azure Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience with Azure Data Lake is preferred.
  • Experience with D365 Finance and Operations is an advantage.
