Person would help take whiteboard level ideas or discussion and turn them into executive level presentations. The content could be people / process / technology related. They don't necessarily need telecom or billing or any specific experience like that, if they are strong at critical thinking, they'll pick it up. The PPT / communication skills is biggest factor.
