Job Title: Senior Business System Analyst Location: SSF, CA (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite) Key Skills- Jira, user storey creation, sql, life science background, strong BSA Job Description Senior Business System Analyst - VoC (Voice of customer) Roles and Responsibilities - The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for working closely with our partners across the different team to understand and help shape the strategic drivers and tactical needs to successfully deliver an experience that is intuitive, scalable, and stable. Facilitate workshops - story-boarding workshops, translate story-boarding artifacts into an electronic format and provide input in design sessions Clearly communicate - keeping IT and business partners apprised of developments and requirements, key metrics Good domain Knowledge in Pharma commercial analytics Good experience in writing user stories and Jira tool Experience in Structure query language(SQL) Experience in Customer Engagement or VoC (Voice of customer) will be preferred. Experience in Visio & Microsoft Suite Good presentation skill and able to communicate clearly in front of multiple stakeholders including but not limited to business, vendors, architect, & tech lead. Work as a Product Lead/Owner and prioritize the requirements as per business needs Keeping management apprised of developments through clear and timely communications Overseeing and mentoring resources on solution or project teams Other Duties as Assigned: Analyze and document current and future business process models Analyze and document requirements (scope), business rules (use cases) Identify opportunities to enhance existing features to suite business needs Plan and manage user acceptance test (UAT), create UAT scripts and facilitate UAT; report out on UAT progress and outcomes Perform knowledge transfer to training and communication teams Work closely with Product Owners, Business Users & with Leadership team on IT and Business to understand Business needs and vision Lead business stakeholders and other business systems analysts thru the business analysis lifecycle Work closely with Product Manager, Project Manager, Technical Lead, Developers, Software Quality Assurance Lead to accomplish a successful project delivery, focused on Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, systems design, or equivalent field Qualifications: 10 industry experience as domain Business Analyst 5 industry experience in the Pharma commercial Analytics Demonstrated excellence in analysis, prioritization, documentation, facilitation and presentation skills Strong skills in critical thinking and analysis, small and large group facilitation skills Project planning experience beneficial Proven leadership abilities and emotional intelligence Demonstrated success handling initiatives of high complexity and risk Follow SAFe/Agile project methodologies and apply all the practices of SAFe methodologies
