Title: SAP MM Business Analyst
Location: Columbus, Mississippi (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite) - Open to anyone who is willing to relocate!
Work Auth - All except H1B
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay Rate: $60/hr on C2C
Interviews: 1 and done
JOB DESCRIPTION
Must-Haves:
5+ years Business Analyst experience with a focus in material management in manufacturing. Agile and SAP knowledge are a PLUS!
Knowledge of SAP standard processes
Ability to translate business solutions into systems programs
Possess knowledge of software testing procedures
Knowledge of SAP system integrations
Strong analytical skills
Ability to react quickly and effectively to any issues that may arise
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Processes improvement - document existing processes, identify and analyze gaps between current processes and the desired state, design new processes, develop process performance measures and plan the transition to new processes as needed
Follow policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Change Control, project management methodology, SOX controls
Leverage SAP industry standards and best practice
Serve as a key liaison between Supply Chain Operations and IT Development team to provide systems analysis and support
Partner with IT development team to test solutions, including updating appropriate documentation to Ensure smooth system integration and enhanced functionalities
Takes a lead role in working with peers to develop standards processes, procedures and documentation
