**About the role**

As a CBRE Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for formulating and defining system scopes and objectives.

This role is part of the Business Systems Job Function. They are responsible for working with internal partners and business units to develop, install and enhance new and current systems.

**What youll do**

+ Manage client relationship and technology needs where CMMS products have been deployed. Responsible for CMMS product activities, including implementation, training, and ongoing care ensuring work is completed in accordance with account timelines & contractual agreements.

+ Work closely with the CMMS business & Digital & Technology (D&T) roadmap team to support initiatives. Use aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation. Helps to provide a harmonious environment between Account Management and the D&T departments.

+ Provide training on CMMS products as required and works with other trainers in the organization to ensure adequate and meaningful training programs for users.

+ Establish performance metrics for work order compliance.

+ Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding system processes and capabilities.

+ Research and support end-user applications and test end-user processes using defined guidelines.

+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. Provide end-users with a detailed explanation of ways to use the systems in a more efficient manner.

+ Follow procedures for complex problems. This includes an evaluation of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system specifications.

+ Deliver correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end-user training. Assist with creating customized queries and reports.

+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

**What youll need**

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the CMMS Business Systems Analyst position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Systems Analyst position is $80,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.
