Job Description Our client is looking for a Lead IT Business Analyst to join their Patient Solutions IT Organization. This position will be tied to a massive enterprise replatforming effort to move their patient experience platform to Salesforce Health Cloud. This particular role is focused on their Patient Portal workstream leveraging Salesforce Experience Cloud. The Sr. BA will be working with the System Integrator's dev teams to author user stories and acceptance criteria, and act as a liaison between the partner and the business.
