Job description is below Become an expert in spring manufacturing to evaluate and resolve both short- and long-term issues Continuous Improvement and Optimizationo Review key metrics and determine ways to improveo Design and conduct analysis of issues, leading problem-solving effortso Improve manufacturing productivity and facility capacity by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout Support New Products and Processeso Analyze capital expenditures and project designs to help find ways to reduce costs o Responsible for manufacturing-related responsibilities for new product launches; working with Product and Advanced Engineering to ensure new designs and processes are feasible. o Optimization of plant and cell layout for all new products and processes Other projects as assignedWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
