As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will: Inspect product per specifications using specified measuring equipmentRead, follow, and accurately complete all provided documentation (product drawings, work procedures, process logs, etc.)Have some computer proficiency with a willingness to learn computer systems required to perform job responsibilitiesWork with engineering to generate clear and concise work instructions, test methods, and visual standardsBe able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple process responsibilitiesDemonstrate personal initiative and the ability to effectively execute tasks independentlyFollow good manufacturing practices (GMP): line clearance, work instructions, documentation, etc.Work with and train other skilled technicians/operators in the inspection methods and required documentationCommunicate issues to engineering for collaborative continuous improvementBe willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have ability to modify work shift as needed by business conditionsPerform other duties as requiredEducation, Experience and RequirementsAssociate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two-years related experienceExtremely hands on with some mechanical aptitudeGood written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP)Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, team playerLift up to 50 lbs unassistedProof of 20/20 or better vision, unaided or correctedConfluent Medical Technologies is dedicated to working collaboratively with our customers, taking their projects from rapid prototype into high volume production.
