This is how you will grow:

  • Support to Process Improvement of new manufacturing lines
  • Support to the Start-up phase. Work to identify issues and stoppers to achieve the quality and performance of the equipment,
  • Create instructions for production and recommendations on adjustments to equipment’s parameters.
  • Support the Advanced Manufacturing team
Requirements:

This is how you will take us forward:

  • 5 plus years of similar experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field preferred
  • Some experience in one or more of the following: powder, pressing, die cutting, ovens, laminators, conveyors, robotic material handling, resistance welding, laser welding, plastic welding, electrical testing, automatic/semiautomatic assembly fixtures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Minitab, CAD, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge and experience in quality tools such as DOE, FMEA, and 8D.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
