Key Responsibilities
- Programming 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC Lathes (live tooling).
- Fixture and tool design.
- Create and define the manufacturing process.
- Develop 2D process drawings, work instructions, tool lists, operation sheets, and “shop floor” inspection methodology.
- Troubleshoot and assist set-up personnel of complex prototypes and production parts.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 5 years of experience in CNC programming.
- 5 years of experience using the latest revision of Cad Cam programming software (NX preferred).
- 5 years of experience in CNC machining for complex parts.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills & thorough understanding of GD&T.
- Experience with metrology tools % processes for part inspection.
- Experience G code programming at the machine control.
- Good communication skills, math skills, and attention to detail.
- Self-Starter / Self-Motivated / Flexible.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Positive customer-focused attitude.
- Enjoys a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Honest with good integrity.
- Professional demeanor and respect for people in all situations.
- Flexible and willing to help others as needs and tasks change often.

- Works in an office and machine shop environment.
- May continuously walk, bend, and lift 40 lbs.
- Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed.
- Must Meet ITAR requirements.
