Position – Material Handler

Job Location – Appleton, WI

Starting Date – Immediate, 08/28/23

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire, Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:00am – 3pm)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $18 per hour, $37,440 Annual Salary

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience

• Safely operate a variety of material handling equipment such as forklifts and roll clamps.
• Operate various scales, computer systems, and wrapping machines.
• Promptly and effectively supply all converting machines with appropriate raw materials.
• Properly tag and stage finished goods for accurate inventory tracking.
• Supply finishing materials to machines including skids, cores, and wrappers.
• Issue recycle/waste receptacles to production machines.
• Shipping & Receiving:
• Load/unload raw materials & finished goods from semi trucks & effectively communicate with the drivers.
• Continually inspect the quality of all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Weigh and count specified material, and record information.

Qualifications

• Must have 1st and 2nd shift availability.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. multiple time in an 8- or 10-hour shift.
• Ability to bend twist, kneel, squat throughout an 8- or 10-hour shift
• Operate effectively in a fast paced, team environment.
