Job Description

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for Bilingual Machine Operators and General Labor Workers for a lumber company. The jobs are located in the area of 610 and 59 N in Houston, TX

General Labor Tasks: Assist with various tasks such as assembly line production, packaging, sorting, and loading/unloading materials or products.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of work by following established procedures and guidelines.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and maintaining organized warehouse spaces.
Equipment Operation: Operate basic machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following proper training and protocols.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise, seeking guidance from supervisors when needed.
Customer Service: Provide assistance to customers or clients as required, utilizing your language skills to ensure clear and effective communication.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and meet project deadlines.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, inventory transactions, and any incidents or concerns reported.

Requirements:

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and [Specify Second Language] is preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.

Payment-$14 Monday to Friday

1st shift

100% medical benefits paid when hired directly.
