ATG Innovations is hiring: Cerner Project Manager: HealtheIntent & Data Anal

Salary:

ATG Innovations is seeking a Cerner Project Manager to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) implementation. This federal program supports advancement of the healthcare technology for American Indian and Alaskan Native communities across the nation, improving data access, system functionality, and enhanced patient experiences to elevate the quality of care. This position will support IHS leverage Cerner's HealtheIntent platform to optimize population health management by aggregating, transforming, and analyzing data from diverse sources. You will work closely to harness real-time insights, build longitudinal health records, predict health risks, and implement targeted care programs, ultimately improving patient outcomes and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide healthcare systems in implementing and optimizing Cerner Millennium and/or HealtheIntent, helping them to achieve a seamless data aggregation process across multiple sources.
• Configure and customize Cerner Millennium reporting and/or HealtheIntent to meet client-specific needs, ensuring robust data integration for a longitudinal health record and comprehensive patient risk assessments.
• Develop and manage population health initiatives focused on care venue automation, enterprise analytics, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Support clients in outcome management efforts, such as workforce and capacity planning, clinical program optimization, and financial/contract management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health IT, Data Analytics, business, or related field
• Experience with Cerner HealtheIntent and/or Cerner Millennium reporting
• Experience with federal projects (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of data integration from EHRs and other HIT systems
• Demonstrated expertise in population health management
• Excellent communication skills
  

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data management or healthcare IT (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (preferred).
