Job Summary: The Mortgage Loan Servicing Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the Mortgage Servicing unit of the Mortgage Lending Department. Respond to written, phone, and in-person inquiries from members/customers, title companies, and internal staff regarding residential mortgage loans. Properly answer questions pertaining to many areas of loan servicing which include payment research, property taxes, insurance, loan modifications, prepayments, payoffs, adjustable-rate loans, credit reporting, and lien perfection.

  • Associate degree (AA/AS) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; two (2) years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
