Job Title: Sales Administrative Associate
Location: Tampa, FL

Job Description:
C3EL is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Administrative Associate to provide essential support to our sales team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, streamlining sales operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the Sales Department.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate and manage schedules and calendars for the sales team.
- Prepare, format, and edit sales presentations, reports, and related documentation.
- Organize and prepare materials for team meetings and client presentations.
- Record meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
- Handle professional correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
- Assist in planning and coordinating sales initiatives and team-building events.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the team has the necessary resources.
Sales Operations Support:
- Maintain and update sales data with accurate and timely information.
- Assist with order processing, tracking progress, and following up to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in compiling sales data and sales performance reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in creative development of marketing materials for products and services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles. Relevant internships will also be considered.
- General Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to create presentation slides and outlines for internal company release.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Monday.com and Microsoft SharePoint
- Understanding of the Government Procurement Cycle and Contracts
- Knowledge of Military acronyms
