Job Title: Secretary Administrator

We are seeking a Secretary Administrator to join our team! Our ideal candidate is proactive, on time, and eager to contribute to the company’s growth by solving challenges effectively. You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
• Plan and schedule appointments and events (Facilities management).
• Greet and assist onsite guests.
• Answer inbound telephone calls.
• Schedule and perform showings and open houses.
• Provide guidance to tenants to find solutions for their needs.
• Take initiative to identify and solve problems.
• Perform all other office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in related fields.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of real estate/property management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on growth and continuous improvement.
