Job Description
The People Perspective is seeking an experienced, professional, and flexible Administrative Assistant to support our growing and thriving HR Consulting and Staffing Organization. This position will provide remote and onsite support. Onsite support will be across the Tulsa Metro Area at local co-working spaces and client facilities. This is a part time role that will be largely Monday through Friday and may have flexibility in setting hours.
Position Overview
Pay: $15/hr
Part Time: 15-25 Hours per week
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the organization by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Essential Job Functions
· Support the CEO and leadership team with meeting maintenance and minutes as needed.
· Support the CEO with calendar maintenance and scheduling.
· Administer DiSC assessments and process as needed.
· Support Accounts Receivable and Payables as needed.
· Support client and public training sessions with administrative needs.
· Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
· Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
· Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for leaders.
· Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
· Support marketing tasks, under the direction of the Operations Director, such as social media content creation and posting, marketing material creation, newsletter creation and distribution.
· Support website maintenance and updates
· Support client attraction and retention through event planning, gift planning and execution.
· Track check-ins for past and current clients
· Assist the Operations Director in gathering client referrals and testimonials
· Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

? Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook.
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent proficiency in Canva.
? Excellent proficiency on main social media platforms.
? Ability to work independently.
Educational and Experience Requirements
? Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
? Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
? Event Planning experience preferred.
