Responsibilities- Tenant Relations and Communication:
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants.
- Address tenant inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Lease Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of leases, amendments, and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and policies.
- Prepare leasing documents as needed.
- Property Management Support:
- Assist property managers with day-to-day tasks.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors.
- Conduct routine property inspections and follow up on action items.
Administrative Duties:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, property tours, and inspections.
- Maintain organized files for properties and tenants.
- Handle general office tasks such as answering phones and managing correspondence.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare compliance reports and assist in audits.
- Manage documentation for insurance and certifications.
- Educational Background:

- Key Skills:

- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role preferred.
- Familiarity with lease contracts and legal terms.
- Certifications:
- Certification in property management (e.g., CPM, RPA) is advantageous but not mandatory.
