The team is devoted to pushing the leading edge of chocolate innovation with an eye toward the adventurous.

Position Descriptions

Vosges Haut-Chocolat is looking for seasonal help to support our guests through the holidays! There are openings across a few associated roles.

Seasonal Chocolate Concierges work with our perennial Chocolate Department to provide friendly, consultative, concierge-style experience for our guests. Answer customer inquires over the phone, Take customer orders, update customers regarding their orders.

Requirements:

Qualifications/Desired Characteristics While each role has a distinct set of responsibilities and skill requirements, Vosges Haut-Chocolat does seek certain qualifications in all candidates

• Strong communication skills and the ability to speak/write with elegance and eloquence including a mastery of positive language.
• Basic computer literacy, especially Outlook, Excel, Slack, Windows
• Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and take direction in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• A positive problem solver who won’t hesitate to consider creative solutions or go above-and-beyond to overcome various obstacles
• Possess closing ability (the power to end a conversation with satisfaction)
• Incredible attention to detail
• Team Player with the flexibility to step in and help wherever needed
• Sincere enthusiasm and passion for the Vosges Haut-Chocolat brand
• Going the extra mile to engage customers and suggest new products

• Previous experience with Shopify
