Warehouse Supervisor

Overview:

Step into a leadership role where you'll drive warehouse efficiency, safety, and organization! As the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, shipments, and operational procedures in partnership with the Warehouse Manager.
• Maximize space utilization and optimize workflows for peak efficiency.
• Enforce compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards (GMPs, HARPC, etc.).
• Train and lead staff on procedures, best practices, and company policies.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure a clean, functional workplace.
• Schedule tasks, monitor progress, and address challenges to meet operational goals.
• Motivate the team and recommend improvements for workflow, equipment, and productivity.
• Assist with hiring, evaluations, promotions, and team development.

Additional Duties:

• Serve as a backup for the Warehouse Manager when needed.
• Champion food safety initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Promote workplace safety and address any risks proactively.

Qualifications:

• Required: High school diploma/GED, forklift certification, and at least 6 months of logistics or warehouse experience, including prior supervisory roles.
• Preferred: College education in supply chain/logistics or 2+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Compensation: $68,000-$75,000
